My name is Bailey Hallam- otherwise known as Sam Starling. I'm 25, I live in Evansville, Indiana, and currently work as a Creative Producer for 14 News (NBC Affiliate/Gray Media), and a conceptual artist and animator for T'sarE Media. In my free time, I work on personal creative projects, and do commissions for those in need of art, animation, and graphic design media.  However, while my skills in the digital art field are wide, I am in pursuit of a steady occupation in the animation or video game industry as a 2D concept/character design artist, or a 2D animator.
